Vampire once removed

Here is the first illustration finished for the project. This is a mythological monster from Malaysia, called a Pontianak or Pennanggalan (sometimes spelled Penaggalan), it's a sort of vampire that is just a creepy head that can rise up out of it's body and fly about, dragging its entrails.

Thutmose III, Warrior Pharaoh

Here is one of the drawings that I've done already, an Egyptian ruler Thutmose III. He is considered to be one of Egypt 's greatest warrior pharaohs. Some estimate that as many as 350 cities were captured during his reign. His military campaigns turned Egypt into a superpower and a military force to be reckoned with.

Hervor daughter of Angantyr

Here is a piece I did based on Hervor daughter of Angantyr, the female hero of The Tyrfing Cycle. One of many sources of of inspiration for Tolkien. I chose to portray her here without her warriors disguise. Click on the images for a closer look.
